Key Responsibilities

- Perform technical review of RFQs and client specifications for LNG, FSRU conversion/newbuild,
regasification systems, and small-scale onshore/floating LNG terminals and package projects.
- Perform front-end and basic process design reviews during the bidding and proposal stages.
- Develop and perform process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Heat & Material Balances, process datasheets,
and other process engineering documents requried for technical proposals.
- Develop technical proposals, specifications, and technical documentation in accordance with client
requirements and project conditions.
- Perform process and cryogenic system-related cost estimation for project bids and proposals.
- Review equipment and system requirements and support budgetsary inquires ans vendor technical
evaluations for cost estimation.
- Identify technical requirements, risks, deviations, and optimization opportunities during the bidding
stage.
- Support the development of competitive and technically optimized LNG and regasfication solutions.
- Participate in technical clarification meetings and discussions with international clients, partners,
vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain technical and cost datasheets to improve the accuracy, consistency, and
efficiency of future proposals and estimates.
- Support the standardization ot technical solutions, specifications, cost data, and proposals
documentation.
- Provide technical support throughout the bidding process, including clarification, proposal revision,
and contract negotiation stages.
- Perform other technical sales and proposal engineering duties related to LNG and cryogenic systems
as requried

Qualifications

- Bachelelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture,
or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong engineering knowledge and practical experience in cryogenic systems, LNG processes, and/or
regasfication systems.
- Experience in process design and engineering for LNG, offshore, marine, plant, or EPC projects.
- Proficiency in process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS.
- Ability to review RFQs, technical specifications, process design requirements, and related engineering
documentation.
- Experience preparing and reviewing technical proposals, specifications, and engineering documents.
- Understanding of process equipment, system configuration, and major cost drivers for LNG and
regasification facilities.
- Ability to perform or support technical cost estimation during bidding and proposal stages.
- Strong analytical, perform-solving, and technical coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with multidisiplinary engineering and commercial
teams.
- Business-level English communication skills sufficient to conduct technical meetins with international
clients and prepare/review technical specifications and proposals in English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in basic design, FEED, detailed design, proposal engineering,or technical sales for LNG
carries, FSRU newbuild/conversion, LNG terminals, or regasification projects.
- EXperience with cryogenic process systems and LNG regasification technologies.
- Prior experience in Process Engineering or Technical Sales at major shipyards, offshore companies,
plant EPC contractor, or LNG-related engineering companies.
- Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals for international LNG or EPC projects.
- Experience performing cost estimation and budget development for process systems and equipment.
- Understanding of major LNG and cryogenic equipment, incluing vaporizers, heat exchanges, pumps,
comeprssors, pressure vessels, and related process.
- Experience in technical discussions and negotiations with international clients, licensors, vendors, and
engineering partners.
- Understaning of applicable international codes, standards, and Classification Society requirements.
- Experience developing or managing technical and cost databases for proposal and estimation
activities.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
