Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with perspective
and existing clients
- Support the global business development team and coordinate with strategic partners on
business opportunities and bids
- Maintain the project pipeline, track opportunities, and monitor progress throughout the business
development cycle bid strategies
- Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs), assess client
(Requirements, and develop bid strategies
- Coordinate end-to-end proposal development, consolidating technical and commercial inputs
into complete, consistent bid packages
- Prepare executive summaries, technical and commercial proposals, and client presentations
- Manage bid schedules, compliance matrices, submission document lists, and final submissions
to ensure accuracy completeness, and timely delivery
- Participate in client meetings, coordinate responses to clarification requests, and support
contract negotiations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis, and assess opportunies in new markets
and business segments
- Develop and improve business development and proposal processes, templates, and standards

Qualifications

- At least 5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, proposal development, or
bid managment
- Experience in the EPC, shipbuilding, offshore, LNG, or energy industry
- Fluency in English with the ability to lead meetings, deliver presentations, and engage in negotiations
and commercial discussions with international clients
- Strong proposal writing and documentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to analyze tender requirements and develop effective proposal strategies
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- A strong sense of ownership, initiative, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with LNG, FSRU, LNG carrier, LNG terminal, or gas-to-power projects
- Experience leading international tender and proposal activities
- Experience reviewing EPC contracts and commercial terms
- Experience in international business development and account management
